在(zai)公(gong)用事業(ye)(ye)集團,劉張詳細查看了 “五一”節期間值(zhi)班值(zhi)守(shou)安排情況(kuang)和安全(quan)生產制度建(jian)設情況(kuang),對值(zhi)班要(yao)求(qiu)和紀律作出了強調,要(yao)求(qiu)公(gong)用事業(ye)(ye)集團要(yao)切實履行好“三(san)管三(san)必(bi)須”工作要(yao)求(qiu),深(shen)刻汲取“11.19”安全(quan)生產事故經驗(yan)教(jiao)訓(xun),加(jia)強對下屬企業(ye)(ye)的(de)安全(quan)生產監管。
在公用能源(yuan)公司明(ming)峰(feng)加氣(qi)站,劉(liu)張詳細了解企(qi)業安(an)全(quan)生產管(guan)理制(zhi)(zhi)度落實、設(she)(she)備設(she)(she)施安(an)全(quan)運行等(deng)有關情況。聽取了企(qi)業生產經營過程(cheng)中面臨的(de)困難(nan)和需要解決(jue)事項,劉(liu)張要求,要牢固樹立安(an)全(quan)生產紅線(xian)意識(shi)和底線(xian)思維,定期檢查、維修(xiu)、更(geng)換燃氣(qi)設(she)(she)施設(she)(she)備,切實增強燃氣(qi)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)控能力。要加強企(qi)業內部(bu)管(guan)理和員工安(an)全(quan)培訓,制(zhi)(zhi)定完善(shan)應(ying)急(ji)預案,加強應(ying)急(ji)演(yan)練,做(zuo)到防患于未然。
在國(guo)資(zi)經(jing)營公司,劉張重(zhong)點了解了資(zi)產(chan)經(jing)營管(guan)理(li)情況,強調要(yao)加強資(zi)產(chan)經(jing)營管(guan)理(li)過程中(zhong)的(de)巡(xun)查監管(guan),做好隱患排查登(deng)記,嚴防危樓垮塌、消防安全(quan)等事故發生。
在東(dong)(dong)環線(xian)項目(mu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場,劉張指出,東(dong)(dong)環線(xian)是(shi)全市重(zhong)點項目(mu)之一,建(jian)成通(tong)車將對推動我市經濟社會發展有著重(zhong)要意(yi)義(yi),各(ge)相(xiang)關單(dan)(dan)位要對照項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)目(mu)標任(ren)務(wu)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作清(qing)單(dan)(dan),切實增強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作緊迫感,加(jia)大力(li)度解決項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)中存在的困難問題,各(ge)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單(dan)(dan)位要搶(qiang)抓當(dang)前工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)的黃金期,倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期,在確(que)保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全的前提下,加(jia)快項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)進度,力(li)爭項目(mu)早建(jian)成早投用(yong)。
